it wasn't a pretty night for me, but i managed to get into the 11's tonight. i was rushed as hell to get there, and hot lapped about 8 back to back runs. every run i couldn't get out of the box with out breaking the car completely loose, even with the tire pressure dropped. my 2-step is set to high, and my dumb ass forgot my laptop. anyways, spinning through first and bogging momentarily in 2nd, i managed an 11.71 @ 119.55mph. my last run would have been the best cause i finally had a somewhat decent launch (best of the night, lol) but missed my shift into 3rd gear. i still pulled out an 11.96 @ 117.99mph. not bad for my first time on a 1/4mile track. next week, less tire pressure, and lower 2-step. should make for some GOOD times!! Two best runs I was able to pull off. Runs seven on the right, run eight on the left. (back to back) 1.71---------60'--------1.83 4.95--------330'-------5.01 7.74-------1/8et-------7.61 87.77-----1/8mph-----92.71 11.96------1/4et------11.71 117.99----1/4mph----119.55

Good runs man!!! Now get the driving down and you'll have some low 11 sec runs. That car has the power to put you way down there.

Once you switch out to a good set of aftermarket upper and lower control arms you can do away with the quad shocks. They aren't actually control arms. They are only there to stablize the rear end when you are spinning to help control wheel hop. With a good set of upper and lower control arms they aren't needed. The stronger arms don't give like the cheap ass factory pieces and you won't have the wheel hop problem.
