If you have parasites, you need to go to the Dr. and have that shit checked out. ;D You can check the alternator yourself. Test the voltage on the battery with the car off. Then test it again with the car running. If the voltage doesn't go up with the car running, the alternator is bad.

I don't think it's your alternator...but it may be if you don't toss that front battery...Because phil said that when he drives it there is not any problems...I think your main thing is that front battery has been killed too many times because of sitting or where the car has been worked on and people has left the door open...Any car will pull a little bit of current just sitting there..the biggest thing is that when you don't drive it then it never gets charged...If anyone lets their car sit more than a week or so then you will see a voltage drop on the battery...I remember when you was in all the time I would even see your headlights dim when you stopped at red lights...etc I think when you add the other batteries to your car the problem will go away but I also think that front battery should be tossed.... well, i read that when the brake light and the battery light come on, it indicates the alternator is going bad, or is bad. both lights were on, so phill changed the battery to one of the bat caps. drove the car and they were still on, then all of a sudden, it jumped from 11.x to 14.1 volts......then after about 10 mins of driving it dropped back down the 11.7 and both lights came back on. then it continued to drop .1 volts every few miles. If you have parasites, you need to go to the Dr. and have that shit checked out. ;D You can check the alternator yourself. Test the voltage on the battery with the car off. Then test it again with the car running. If the voltage doesn't go up with the car running, the alternator is bad. do you have anything to test voltage with? if you do, could you get with phill and check it out for me? i would greatly appreciate it.

LOL...the problem is probably that the car has been setting and the batteries have lost their charge. The battery you have in that car right now does not like to be discharged. That's the bad thing about those things.

yea, but now it sounds like the alternator is bad, so i am having it replaced while the bumper is getting done, which the car is finally in the shop today!! they will also be running the open dump back into the exhaust to help hide the fact there is larger turbo.
